How do I place an order?
Select your preferred storage bag or home organization product, choose any available options, add it to your cart, and complete checkout using accurate contact, shipping, and payment information.
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at service@stowmora.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after the order has entered processing or shipment preparation.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped and tracking information becomes available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Please allow several business days for the carrier to update the tracking status after a shipping label has been created.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
For orders shipped to the United States, standard delivery generally takes approximately 5-12 business days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and local conditions.

How do I request a return?
Contact us at service@stowmora.com within 30 calendar days after delivery and before sending any item back.
If your return is approved, our customer support team will provide the appropriate return instructions and designated return address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

How will I receive my refund?
After an eligible return has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
